The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of the hotel was great, close to all the key attractions. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel.

Our experience was marred by a few negative aspects. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, and seemed disinterested in our needs.

the staff were very friendly and helpful in making our trip much easier. the rooms were sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. Plus, the coffee shop served excellent coffee and mouth-watering cakes.

We did encounter some difficulties with the blind in the toilet that we had to manually operate to maintain our privacy. It was difficult, especially when sharing a room with a family with kids.

Located in a quiet area, this hotel offers clean and posh rooms that have beautiful backgrounds for photos. The coffee shop has delicious cakes and drinks that are value for money. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-ins. The rooms have a fan inside the toilet making it comfortable. Guests are also offered handmade cakes and a tour of Phu Yen.

The hotel has a lack of communication with guests as they are unable to speak English, causing checkout and payment processes to be troublesome. The main door of the house is locked, leaving guests stuck inside until someone opens the door. Insects are present in the rooms at night, and there are no available cups to use.
